Unlock Your Studio's Potential
Invest in Game-Changing Leadership Training

The chief aim of our programme is to arm your leaders with the requisite knowledge, capabilities, and resources needed for effectively steering and managing high-performing teams within the gaming sector.

Central areas of emphasis encompass personal understanding through insightful, reflective exercises so that they can continue to lead dynamic teams, orchestrate change, and enhance their emotional intelligence.

An example of a typical six-module programme is shown below, this will be bespoke for each studio team / cohort as what a senior leadership

  • Optional Support: Coaching (Group and 1:1)

The opportunity is there to add in group coaching sessions between each module (which allows the sessions to further embed) by discussing with each cohort what they have learnt and then applied within the teams.

1:1 coaching is also available for those who need extra support or if you really want to invest in each of your key staff making the most from the programme. We have coached and supported people at senior levels in the gaming industry in AAA studios.

  • Optional: Personal Project

Each person will have the opportunity to create a personal learning plan as part of the training. There is also the option to add in personal projects which we can assist in planning, implementing and learning from.

These projects can be tied into the whole programme or to each module and again further cements the knowledge they gain on each module.

  • Optional: Psychometric Reports

As part of the personal insight work, we can arrange and facilitate each person to receive a report via a psychometric tool such as Insights, Engage or Myers-Briggs.

Reports can then include 1:1 discussions with the team and with tools such as Insights we can discuss the team report (useful for SLT trainings)

  • Optional: 360 Feedback Reporting

Each attendee will be asked to complete a pre (and post) questionnaire allowing them the chance to reflect upon their own leadership style and emotional intelligence.

There is also the option to include a 360 report which asks people that attendee works with to provide feedback and insights from an external perspective. This will also include strengths and areas for development and can be incredibly useful.

Upon completion of the games leadership development programme, participants will have gained a comprehensive understanding of the key principles and practices required for effective leadership and refined those that they already have.

By fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, the studio will cultivate a team of engaged, dynamic, and effective leaders, ultimately driving innovation and success within the organisation.

Whether the team are newly promoted or have been in place for many years, there is plenty to be learnt and passed onto colleagues.

Helping your team master the art
of continuous improvement

Never underestimate the power of continuous improvement, getting 1% better each day (in mindset,
behaviours or skillset) means that by the end of a year, you’ll be over 37 times improved.

1% worse each day and you can see how the gap opens up between those who are improving and
those who are not. Don’t underestimate the power of compound learning!
